Also known as Charter Oak Realty’s “Broker Britt”, Brittany Self-Kirven is a local agent serving Oak Run and the surrounding area. Brittany received her real estate license in 2018 and immediately joined the Charter Oak team acting as a licensed assistant. Training under Managing Broker, Rhianna Lewis prepared her for her career launch branching out as an agent in 2020.
Brittany is a local girl that grew up in Williamsfield enjoying summers swimming and boating at Oak Run. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Monmouth College with focus in Communication and Psychology. She then dabbled in various jobs until she realized her passion was real estate.
Britt is newly married to farmer and (aspiring) chef Zach Kirven. The two enjoy adventuring, cooking, entertaining family and friends and spoiling their Australian Shepard, Missy. The Kirvens reside on their 6 acre ranch with the cows and all of their farm friends.
Brittany loves what she does and feels lucky to do it so close to home. She prides herself in making her clients feel heard. It is her goal to make real estate fun and straight forward for both, sellers and buyers.
